Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly-skilled technical manager to join our team. In this position, one will oversee all technical management of the product and support structure. You will work collaboratively with the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of the product in an efficient manner respecting timeline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Ensure production code meets product guidelines
  • Contribute to product design and establish new requirements
  • Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
  • Work closely with team during all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Perform quality review and escalate issues & improvements appropriately
  • Monitor & manage product including risk analysis and mitigation
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst and Product Manager to identify the business requirement specification
  • Develop Work breakdown structure and plan of execution that meets the needs of both the business and its consumers with specifications, workflow diagrams and wireframes with measurement of level of effort and timelines with respect to resource allocation
  • Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Advise on the long-term technical strategic direction of the product and where or where not to make large strategic technical bets
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Monitor KPIs and SOPs to assess technological performance of team

  • Strong database concepts and designing techniques.

  • Experience in troubleshooting

Minimum Education:

  • BS(CS)

Experience:

  • 4-6 Years
